INTRODUCTION
The Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is an undergraduate degree programme designed to familiarize students with the concepts of Ayurveda and enable them to apply them to patient treatment. BAMS combines Ayurveda with contemporary medicine concepts, and students are taught how to combine the two as part of the course curriculum.
